New property
Opening a new hotel or hospitality property?
Sales is easier to set up before the first reservation than to repair after the first season.
While rooms, equipment and operations are being finished, you also need to decide how the property will be sold, at what prices and through which systems.
What we set up before opening
Define what you sell
Room types, pricing, reservation terms and basic sales rules.
Set up the systems
PMS, channel manager and booking engine that fit the property and the team.
Open sales
Booking.com, Expedia, direct reservations and other channels that make sense.
Prepare people and partners
Payments, front-desk procedures, partners and first sales conversations.
Before the first reservation
When should I get involved?
The earlier, the better. Ideally while there is still time to make decisions without the pressure of the opening date. If you are already close to opening, we first solve what sales cannot start without.
Who is this for?
Smaller independent hotels, boutique hotels, aparthotels and professionally managed villas that need a serious sales setup without building a full in-house sales team.
Opening a property?
Send me the location, number of rooms or units and planned opening date. We can look at what needs to be ready before sales starts.
